At Aligned Nutrition, we start with curiosity and conversation. Every client brings their own story, history, and strengths—and our work together honors that. You are the expert in your own life; my role is to bring clinical nutrition expertise, evidence-based tools, and behavior-change strategies to help you find your version of balance.

Alignment matters because the body’s systems—gut, hormones, and metabolism—work best when they’re in sync. The same is true for daily habits and mindset. By helping you connect these pieces, we make change sustainable and meaningful.

I’ve lived through digestive issues myself, so I understand that progress isn’t always linear. My clients describe me as nonjudgmental, practical, and supportive—and even say I make behavior change fun. Together, we’ll find small, realistic steps that help you feel better, build confidence, and stay aligned with your goals.
